We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
PRODUCTS
Maison Deux-Mains designs and produces garments in limited quantities and made-to-order pieces.
Due to the use of carefully sourced deadstock fabrics and artisanal manufacturing processes, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern placement, or finishing may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the nature of our production and contribute to the uniqueness of each garment.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While we strive to display colours accurately, variations may occur depending on screen settings and devices.
MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS
Many Maison Deux-Mains products are produced exclusively upon order.
Estimated production times are indicated on each product page and are provided for informational purposes only. Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and manufacturing requirements.
Should production require additional time, customers will be notified by email.
PRICING
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€).
Maison Deux-Mains reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers available at checkout.
Maison Deux-Mains does not store payment card information.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Maison Deux-Mains reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or any other legitimate reason.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Paris, France.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Maison Deux-Mains cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
As most Maison Deux-Mains garments are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact Maison Deux-Mains within seven (7) days of delivery at contact@maisondeuxmains.com.
Each request will be reviewed individually and an exchange, repair, or other appropriate solution may be proposed where applicable.
